    About us:

Our goal is to help our clients find and correct mistakes before they turn into expensive corrections

We have been in the field of residential and multifamily construction in Virginia for more than 30 years and have worked in all stages of residential and multi-family construction. Over those years we have seen hand drawn project plans fade away and technology driven design become the standard. While this is a welcome change in most cases, it can also take some of the human touch out of the design process. Our goal is to put some of that human touch back in. We look at project plans with a more holistic view, assessing a set of plans as a whole being vs an assembly of parts.

We are not architects or engineers, just people with years of plan review and construction experience that has shown us the good and bad in project design. We will review your plans in detail and provide you with suggestions that can make your project run more efficiently, meet code requirements and avoid costly re-work. The way we see it, a mistake or oversight may cost a little to correct on paper, but it will cost much more in the field.
